These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Receipts mobile application operated by Real Talk Holdings Ltd.
By downloading, installing, or using Receipts, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Receipts is a social entertainment app that allows users to create side bets, set consequences, capture photo proof, and generate shareable recaps of their experiences. Receipts is not a gambling platform. No real money is wagered, won, or lost through the app. All stakes displayed are for entertainment and tracking purposes only.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Receipts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to Receipts, including photos and bet descriptions. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the app and for promotional purposes related to the service.
Receipts offers free and premium (Pro) tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription management. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies.
Receipts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from bets, dares, or challenges created by users. Users participate in consequences at their own risk and should exercise reasonable judgement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Talk Holdings Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
