• Session data: bets you create, their descriptions, stakes, and outcomes within sessions you participate in.
• Photos: proof photos you capture and upload within the app, including associated metadata such as timestamps.
• Location data: approximate location at the time of proof photo capture, used for geotags on proof photos. This is only collected when you actively submit a proof photo and have granted location permission.
• Contact exchange data: names and contact details you voluntarily share through the contact exchange feature.
• Device information: device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting purposes.

How we use your information

We use the collected data to:

• Provide and maintain the Receipts service, including real time session sync between participants.
• Generate your night recap (receipt) with timestamped, geotagged proof photos.
• Enable the contact exchange feature when you choose to share your details with someone you meet.
• Improve and develop new features for the app.
• Communicate with you about your account or changes to the service.

Data sharing

Your session data, bets, and proof photos are shared with other participants in the same session. This is core to how the app functions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may share data with:

• Service providers who assist in operating the app (hosting, authentication, storage).
• Law enforcement if required by law.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry standard encryption. Photos are stored in secure cloud storage. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

Children's privacy
